Next Step Living and the Town of Framingham

“Next Step Living and the Town of Framingham have partnered to provide outreach for energy efficiency and renewables with the Framingham Better Buildings Program. To kick-off this new partnership, the Framingham Better Buildings Program is launching the Cool Heat Campaign, a three month initiative to connect homeowners who use oil and electric heat with a high-efficiency heating and cooling solution called Total Climate Control (TCC).

Come out on June18th to learn about the energy and dollar saving benefits of home energy efficiency. Next Step Living will be hosting a reception with complimentary Whole Foods appetizers and refreshments followed by an informational session on weatherization and TCC. We will be answering questions, as well as providing information on how residents can earn a $50 Whole Foods Gift Card as well as a donation from Next Step Living toward the construction of the Framingham Public Library’s McAuliffe Branch.

The Dunning Dash which is being held at 9:00AM on Saturday, April 27th, 2013 at the Charlotte Dunning Elementary School and is an event to help raise funds for the Physical Education Department and for some Dunning Families in need.
The event is based on getting the kids and families together to do something healthy and to try and promote a healthy lifestyle for our community.
The event will be a 5K Run/Walk that will be an official timed event for runners looking to record their times. We will also have numerous field events going on throughout the morning such as a 50 and 100 yard dashes, football and baseball tosses, kid’s boot camp as well as an obstacle course designed for all ages.
Our Dunning Dash is open to all who wish to participate. We are hoping that this will become an annual event that the community looks forward to each year.

This Thursday, February 28th is Dunning Dine Out Night at Uno’s on Route 9 in Framingham. All orders placed with a Dunning Ticket count towards our total and a percentage in given back to the school! Gather some friends and make a night of it!
